Bookings must be made directly with each property, your Ambassador Card mentioned when booking and presenting at reception on arrival. The room rate will be adjusted accordingly. At the end of each meal in the Hotel Restaurant it is important you show the Card to the waiter to enable the meal account to be adjusted before it is included on the final Hotel bill.
