In the unlikely event a Restaurant refuses to honour your Ambassador Card, you have 30 days to send a copy of the bill, together with details of the claim and your membership details and we will send you a cheque for the credit you should have received.

How to get the maximum benefit from your membership

Please ensure that you sign the Membership Card when received.
Your membership card is not transferable.

The Ambassador Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other concessional, promotional or special offer.



Easy Guide To:

Dining

The Ambassador Card can be used all year at restaurants except for:
Easter, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, Valentine's Day unless otherwise indicated.

  • Limit of two Ambassador Cards per booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Cardholder must be accompanied by at least one other person to be entitled to use the Card. The cardholder and guest must dine in the restaurant to be entitled to the specified saving. Not valid takeaway food.
  • When you are presented with the Bill give your Ambassador Card to the waiter together with your payment.
  • Main Course Offers
    When dining at a restaurant the benefit is one complimentary main course menu item, or the $ value indicated. When two main courses are ordered the restaurant will deduct the price of the least expensive main course from the Bill. With three people dining each guest must order a meal in order to receive the Ambassador Card benefit. Please note that only one Bill per group will be issued to the table.
  • % Off Dining Offers
    The advertised % off the total bill for the table, up to the maximum value indicated, will be deducted.
  • If a restaurant chooses to offer a saving on fixed price menu the relevant amount will be indicated in the Validation Box.
  • Entrees and child portions are not considered main course menu items.
  • Not valid take away food unless otherwise specified.

Accommodation

For non-Ambassador Card Travel Club benefits some participating hotels restrict the number of rooms available for Ambassador Card members. Bookings must be made directly with each property, your Ambassador Card mentioned when booking and presenting at reception on arrival. The room rate will be adjusted accordingly. The offer is not valid with any other 'special' or promotion. Block out times may apply during special events or peak periods. At the end of each meal in the Hotel Restaurant it is important you show the Card to the waiter to enable the meal account to be adjusted before it is included on the final Hotel bill.

Leisure Activities

Present your Membership Card at the ticket office.
Bookings must be made direct and not through an agent.

Cinemas

Some movies may be restricted due to contractual obligations with the distributor. These films are advertised as "No Free List".

Goods & Services

Present your Membership Card at the point of sale to receive a benefit.

Gift Cards

The Ambassador Card operates a Fair Usage Policy for members. A fair system of distribution allows all cardholders access to the wide range of gift cards on offer. The maximum daily order amount is $1,000 per gift card with a monthly maximum of $5,000 for each card type.
