Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and estimated shipping times are estimated at between 7-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 02/08/2016. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Redeeming Benefits
Each benefit has details of the benefit, instructions on how to redeem, exclusions and any additional terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- You must follow the redemption instructions associated with the benefit when you redeem;
- Each benefit is for your non-commercial, personal use only;
- No benefit is redeemable for cash or cash equivalent or will entitle you to a credit, cash refund or new reward; and
- You must familiarise yourself with any terms and condition that may apply to the benefit and ensure that they are acceptable to you prior to redeeming.
Customer Service Policy
The Ambassador Card is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
The Ambassador Card can't be used in conjunction with any other special concessional, promotional or special offer.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If goods are deemed faulty, different to the product described on the website or do not operate as described, we will offer a refund or exchange.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
